Senior Real Estate Finance role to join a market-leading, multi-jurisdictional banking and finance practice. The post offers significant client-facing responsibility and leadership within an established real estate finance team, working on complex, high-value lending transactions across core real estate sectors.

The role includes managing key client relationships from day one, supervising and developing junior lawyers and paralegals, and leading a practice improvement project to increase efficiency for repeat transactions through process and technology initiatives. Hybrid working is supported with options to be based in the UK offices.

This is a high-autonomy position suited to a technically excellent lawyer who wants to combine hands-on transaction work with team leadership and practice development.

Minimum c.10 years' post-qualification experience in real estate finance.
Proven track record of leading complex, high-value lending transactions.
Experience supervising and mentoring associates and support staff.
Strong client-management, commercial awareness and business development capability.
Comfortable using project management approaches and legal technology to improve transactional efficiency.
