OSHA Associate, Health & Safety — Minneapolis

Experienced employment attorney needed to advise employer clients on workplace safety and health matters, with a strong emphasis on OSHA (federal and state) compliance. The role combines counseling, regulatory interaction, and litigation defense across workplace-safety issues.

Responsibilities include handling OSHA-related litigation and administrative matters, providing crisis-response support, guiding clients on policies and training, and managing outside counsel and vendor relationships on environmental, health & safety issues.

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• 3+ years of employment litigation experience preferred; OSHA experience required
• Admission to the state bar for the associate's primary office (Minnesota)
• Strong drafting, oral advocacy and project-management skills; ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple matters
