Bankruptcy Associate — Minneapolis

Seeking a Bankruptcy Associate to join a busy bankruptcy and restructuring team in the Minneapolis office of a well-established national law firm. The role offers substantive Chapter 11 and creditors' rights work across a range of distressed matters and restructurings.

Associates will work on drafting pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, supporting negotiations with stakeholders, and taking responsibility for discrete client tasks under partner supervision. The team is collaborative and handles both litigation-related and transactional aspects of bankruptcy work.

• 1–4 years of bankruptcy experience; commercial litigation or corporate experience a plus
• Admission to, or ability to waive into, the Minnesota bar
• Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills; excellent academic credentials
• Additional background in finance, accounting, business or banking or a federal clerkship is advantageous
