Mid-level associate role within a busy commercial real estate team in Minneapolis. The position involves working on a broad range of property transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financings and related real estate matters for institutional and private clients.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, leases and loan documents, conducting due diligence, coordinating with lenders and title vendors, and advising clients on transaction structure and risk allocation. The team offers exposure to cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters handled through broader firm networks.

Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree and active admission (or ability to gain admission) to the Minnesota bar.
Demonstrated transactional real estate experience—acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and/or real estate finance.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills; comfort preparing purchase agreements, leases and loan documents.
Client-focused, able to manage matters with minimal supervision and work effectively in team settings.
