Active licence to practise in the relevant US jurisdiction(s).
Proven partner-level experience advising clients in agriculture, agribusiness, and/or cannabis matters.
Established client relationships and a portable practice with a track record of business development.
Experience leading deal teams, managing client engagements, and mentoring associates.
