Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established agriculture practice in Minneapolis with a growing focus on cannabis-related matters. The role will advise agribusiness clients on transactional, regulatory and commercial matters across the sector.

The firm is open to candidates nationwide and welcomes experienced partners with an existing portable practice. The position offers a leadership role within a multidisciplinary team supporting producers, processors and related businesses navigating evolving regulatory and business challenges.

Established partner with a strong track record in agriculture law or closely related practice areas
Experience advising agribusiness clients on transactional, regulatory or compliance matters; cannabis experience a plus
Proven business development skills and ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable book of business welcomed
Bar admission in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and ability to work with regional and national clients
