Proven partner-level experience advising agricultural clients on transactional, regulatory, and operational matters
Experience with cannabis regulatory/compliance work preferred
Demonstrable business development track record and willingness to bring or grow a portable practice
Strong leadership, client-management, and team-building skills
Admission to relevant state bar(s) and ability to service clients nationally
