The position will include team leadership, cross-practice collaboration and opportunities to shape the group’s strategic growth.

Partner-level experience advising agribusiness and cannabis-sector clients on transactions, regulatory compliance and commercial matters
Proven business development ability and a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships
Track record of leading teams and managing client engagements
Licensed to practice in Illinois (or able to obtain admission) and able to work in the Chicago market
Strong commercial judgment, excellent communication skills, and collaborative approach
