Experienced agriculture partner sought to lead and grow a market-facing agriculture practice in Omaha. The role will focus on counseling agribusiness clients across regulatory, transactional and operational matters, and includes responsibility for business development and client relationship management.

The office is open to candidates from outside the immediate market and will consider partners with a portable practice aligned with agriculture or related industry groups. This is a senior role with significant leadership and client-facing expectations.

Established partner-level experience advising agricultural clients or agribusiness sectors
Proven track record in client development and practice growth; portable book of business considered
Experience with regulatory, transactional, or industry-specific counseling (including agricultural and cannabis-adjacent matters)
Ability to lead a team and collaborate across practice groups; bar admission in Nebraska or willingness to obtain admission preferred
