Seeking a lateral partner to join a major law firm’s Atlanta antitrust and competition practice. The role will focus on leading investigations, merger control work, and complex litigation and counseling across industry sectors.

The successful candidate will help grow and manage regional practice, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with cross‑office teams on national and international matters. Atlanta office presence expected.

Established partner with significant experience in antitrust and competition law (merger control, investigations, litigation and counseling).
Proven track record of originating or managing client engagements; a portable book of business or strong client relationships preferred.
Bar admission and ability to practice in Georgia.
Demonstrated leadership, business development ability, and experience supervising associates.
