Seeking a lateral partner to join and lead an established antitrust and competition practice in the Atlanta office of a leading US law firm. The role involves partnering with clients on merger control, civil antitrust litigation, cartel defense and competition compliance matters across domestic and cross-border matters.

The successful candidate will manage and develop client relationships, mentor and grow a team of antitrust practitioners, and collaborate with national and international colleagues to deliver coordinated solutions. There is opportunity to build and expand a portable practice.

Proven partner-level experience in antitrust and competition work (merger control, litigation, investigations and compliance).
Track record of developing and managing client relationships and originating business.
Strong leadership and team-management skills; experience supervising associates and collaborating across practices.
Active bar admission and strong academic and professional credentials.
