Leading national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition team in Boulder. The role will focus on delivering antitrust counseling and litigation support to a mix of regional and national clients, working on merger reviews, cartel and conduct investigations, and competition compliance matters.

The successful candidate will help grow and lead the local practice, collaborate with cross‑office teams, and supervise associates while maintaining high‑value client relationships. Candidates with an established, portable antitrust practice are encouraged to apply.

Established antitrust and competition practice with significant experience in merger control, civil litigation, and government investigations
Proven track record of originating or developing client relationships; portable business helpful
Experience leading teams and managing complex matters from strategy through resolution
Active bar admission and strong academic and professional references
