Partner — Antitrust & Competition, Century City

Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established antitrust and competition team in Century City. The role will involve leading significant matters across merger control, cartel defense, government investigations and competition counseling for U.S. and international clients.

The successful candidate will help grow and/or manage a high‑visibility practice, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with cross‑practice teams on complex transactional and regulatory matters. Portable client relationships or a demonstrable ability to generate business are a plus.

• Established partner-level experience in antitrust and competition law, with a track record on merger review, cartel/antitrust defense, and investigations.
• Admitted to practice in California (or ability to qualify promptly) and authorized to appear before relevant agencies and courts as needed.
• Proven client-service and business development skills; portable client relationships preferred.
• Strong written and oral advocacy, and experience supervising and developing associates.
