Search for a partner to join a well-established antitrust and competition practice in Charlotte. The role combines complex litigation, merger review and regulatory counseling for a diverse commercial client base.

The team is looking for a senior hire who will lead client matters, grow business and mentor junior lawyers. The position offers a mix of courtroom and advisory work and close collaboration with national practice colleagues.

Candidates with an existing portable practice or demonstrable client origination capabilities are encouraged to apply; a track record of bringing and developing business will be an important consideration.

Partner-level experience in antitrust and competition law (merger review, cartel/monopoly defense, or related counseling).
Proven record of client development and relationship management; portable practice preferred.
Experience managing teams and supervising associates on complex matters.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to practice in the U.S.
