Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Charlotte office to strengthen its antitrust and competition practice with complementary litigation and corporate transactional capabilities. The role is for an experienced partner who will lead matters, advise sophisticated clients, and work across multi-disciplinary teams.

The successful candidate will take a senior role on both contentious and transactional matters, mentoring junior lawyers and helping to grow a commercial practice in the region. A portable practice or demonstrable client-development track record is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in antitrust/competition with litigation and corporate transaction exposure.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable client base a plus.
Strong trial and/or investigation experience and comfort leading multi-disciplinary teams.
Admission to the appropriate state bar or eligibility to qualify promptly.
