Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition team in Charlotte. This is a rainmaking and practice-building role: the hire will advise clients on merger control, competition counseling, and investigations, and will work across practices on complex transactional and litigation matters.

The role offers senior responsibility for client development and team leadership within an established antitrust practice, with significant autonomy to shape client strategy and expand the book of business. Candidates will collaborate with colleagues across offices to handle multijurisdictional matters.

Established partner-level antitrust experience advising on merger control, investigations, and competition counseling
Proven record of client development and ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Strong leadership and team management skills; experience working on cross-border or multi-office matters a plus
Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to become admitted
