Leading national firm seeks a lateral partner to join and grow its Antitrust & Competition practice in the Detroit office. The role will focus on counseling clients on transactional clearance, merger control, and government investigations, and will involve both litigation and regulatory work.

The successful candidate will work closely with established cross-office teams and practice leaders to develop client relationships and originate work in the region. Candidates with a portable practice or existing client relationships are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level antitrust experience (transactional and enforcement matters).
Proven track record of originating and managing client work and cultivating business development.
Strong litigation and/or regulatory advocacy skills before federal and state agencies.
Ability to collaborate with multi-office teams and mentor junior lawyers.
