Senior-level opening for an intellectual property partner to join a busy IP practice in Detroit. The role will involve leading IP matters across prosecution, counseling and litigation, and working with a mix of corporate and technology-focused clients.

We are looking for an experienced practitioner who can manage and grow client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to firm strategy for the IP group. The opportunity suits a partner with an established or portable practice and strong business development skills.

Established track record in intellectual property law (patents, trademarks, IP counseling and/or IP litigation).
Demonstrated ability to originate and manage client work and to develop business.
Experience supervising associates and contributing to practice growth and strategy.
Bar admission and credentials appropriate for partner-level practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
