Partner — Healthcare & IP Litigation, Detroit

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to strengthen its healthcare-focused intellectual property and litigation practice in Detroit. The role will combine high-stakes IP litigation for life sciences and healthcare clients with broader healthcare regulatory and dispute work.

The partner will be client-facing, responsible for developing new business, managing and mentoring associates, and handling complex trial- and appellate-level matters. Strong commercial judgment, courtroom experience, and an existing healthcare/IP client base are essential.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level litigation experience, including IP disputes and healthcare-related matters
• Proven business-development track record and client-management skills
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and supervising associates on complex matters
• Admissions and licensing appropriate for practice location (state bar)
