Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Detroit litigation team with a primary focus on healthcare disputes and technology-related business litigation. The role will handle government investigations and defenses in healthcare (including False Claims Act and managed care matters), alongside complex commercial litigation arising from AI, cybersecurity and cryptocurrency issues.

The successful candidate will lead matter strategy, manage trial and appellate work, and develop client relationships across healthcare and technology sectors. This is an opportunity to grow a high‑visibility practice within a sizable multidisciplinary litigation platform.

Proven partner-level litigation experience, including FCA/healthcare defense and managed-care matters
Experience handling technology-related commercial litigation or investigations (AI, cybersecurity, cryptocurrency)
Track record of leading teams, try matters or managing significant discovery and motion practice
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
