Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor and Litigation practices in Detroit. The role offers an opportunity to lead a regional team handling workplace disputes, counseling, and litigation defense matters for corporate clients across multiple industries.

The successful candidate will split time between client work, trial and courtroom advocacy, and business development to grow the regional practice. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for mentoring junior lawyers and managing complex employment litigation matters.
