Experienced corporate partner sought to lead and grow a transactional practice in Detroit, with particular emphasis on M&A, capital markets and technology-related transactions. The role will handle cross-practice work including project development and commercial matters in renewable energy and oil & gas.

The firm is looking for a senior lawyer able to originate and manage client relationships, lead deal teams, and work across corporate, finance and energy matters. A portable practice or demonstrable client development record is welcomed.

Established partner-level experience in M&A, corporate transactions and/or capital markets.
Proven transactional background in energy matters, including renewables and/or oil & gas project and commercial work.
Track record of originating or managing client relationships and leading deal teams.
Ability to work across corporate, finance and technology-related transactions; portable book of business preferred.
