Experienced antitrust partner sought for a busy regional office serving clients on Long Island. The role combines antitrust and competition work with related litigation and transactional matters, including merger review and enforcement counseling.

This is a partner-level opening for a lawyer who will both lead matters and work closely with a broader national team. The team handles contested litigation and client-focused transactional counseling across industries.

Portable practice and client-development ability are welcome; the position is suitable for an established lateral partner looking to expand an existing antitrust practice in a regional office setting.

• Established partner-level experience in antitrust & competition, with both litigation and transactional exposure
• Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable practice preferred
• Strong litigation skills and familiarity with merger review and regulatory enforcement matters
• Admission to practice in New York (or ability to obtain) and experience working with cross-office teams
