Leading international law firm seeking a lateral partner to join its Houston office to strengthen antitrust and competition capabilities across both litigation and transactional matters. The role will involve managing high-stakes civil enforcement and private antitrust disputes, advising clients on transactional clearance and regulatory strategy, and working closely with corporate teams on deals with antitrust implications.

The team serves a broad, cross-sector client base and combines regulatory counselling with contested litigation work. The successful candidate will have an established antitrust practice, demonstrated leadership on matters, and a track record of developing client relationships.

Established partner-level antitrust and competition practice with significant litigation and transactional experience
Proven ability to originate and develop client matters; portable practice preferred
Strong courtroom or arbitration experience and familiarity with regulatory investigations and merger control
Licensed to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction (Texas bar) and able to work from the Houston office
