Partner — Antitrust & Competition / Litigation / Corporate — Salt Lake City

Established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Salt Lake City office to lead and grow an antitrust and competition practice with complementary litigation and corporate transactional work. The role will focus on counseling clients on competition issues and leading disputes and related corporate matters.

The successful candidate will work closely with existing regional and national teams on cross‑border and domestic matters, build client relationships, and play an active role in business development. Portable practice and an ability to originate and manage client engagements will be valued.

• Established partner-level experience in antitrust and competition matters, with litigation and corporate transaction exposure.
• Track record of originating and managing client work; portable practice desirable.
• Strong technical knowledge of competition law and proven courtroom or dispute-resolution skills.
• Ability to collaborate with national teams and to mentor and lead junior lawyers.
• Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission.
