Seeking a partner to lead and expand an established antitrust and competition practice in New York. The role combines courtroom-facing litigation with transactional antitrust counseling across complex matters.

The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team and handle both defensive and advisory work, including cartels, merger control, and competition-related disputes. The position offers a platform for client development and leadership within the practice group.

Portable client relationships and an existing book of business are welcome and will be supported as part of integration into the team.

Proven partner-level experience in antitrust and competition law, including both litigation and transactional work.
Track record of client origination and business development; portable relationships welcome.
Strong trial and courtroom experience plus experience advising on merger control and competition compliance.
Ability to lead and mentor teams and collaborate across corporate and litigation practices; admitted to practice in New York or eligible.
