Leading international law firm seeks a partner to join its Antitrust & Competition team in the Silicon Valley (East Palo Alto) office. The role will combine antitrust transactional work with complex litigation and regulatory matters for technology-sector clients.

The successful candidate will take a senior role on client mandates, work closely with cross-practice deal and litigation teams, and help grow the practice in the region. This is a hands-on position that balances case and deal work with business development.

Established partner or senior lawyer with a strong antitrust & competition practice, including both litigation and transactional experience
Proven ability to lead matters and manage client relationships; portable client relationships and a demonstrable book of business welcome
Experience advising technology-sector clients on competition, merger review, and enforcement matters
Bar admission in a relevant U.S. jurisdiction and substantial private practice experience at the partner level
