Lead a market-facing antitrust and competition practice from the firm’s Philadelphia office, handling both litigation and transactional matters. The role is drawn to partners with a track record managing complex civil antitrust disputes and advising on competitive aspects of transactions.

This is a partner-level opening for an attorney who will develop client relationships, supervise case teams, and contribute to growth of the practice. The team advises clients across industries on enforcement, merger review, and cartel/antitrust investigations.

Established partner with significant experience in antitrust litigation and transactional competition work.
Proven record of leading matters, supervising teams, and developing client relationships.
Admission to practice in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain) and relevant regulatory experience.
Business development capability; portable practice or demonstrable client origination preferred.
