Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition group in Miami. The role involves advising corporate clients on cartel, merger-control, and competition-compliance matters across multiple industries.

The successful candidate will lead complex investigations and merger filings, work closely with litigation and regulatory teams, and help grow a market-facing antitrust practice in the region. This is a visible role with opportunities for client development and cross-practice collaboration.

Established antitrust and competition practice with experience leading investigations, merger clearance work, or cartel/antitrust litigation.
Proven ability to originate or develop business and to manage client relationships; portable practice welcome.
Track record of supervising junior lawyers and working collaboratively with cross-border teams.
Active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligibility to be admitted.
