Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in Miami. The role will split time between competition litigation and transactional antitrust work, collaborating with corporate and litigation teams on complex domestic and cross-border matters.

The successful candidate will take on a senior client-facing role, supervising matters, developing business, and mentoring junior lawyers. A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships are welcome.

Proven partner-level experience in antitrust/competition, including litigation and transactional work
Track record of originating or managing client matters and developing business
Bar admission in relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to practice in Florida
Strong leadership and mentoring skills; experience managing teams on complex matters
