Seeking an experienced antitrust partner to lead and grow a regional competition practice out of the Orange County office. The role combines client-facing matters, regulatory filings and litigation, and offers responsibility for originating and managing complex antitrust work.

The partner will advise clients on merger review, civil antitrust litigation and governmental investigations, work closely with cross-office teams, and play a visible role in business development and client relationship management. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to bring and develop client relationships is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in antitrust and competition matters (merger review, investigations, or civil litigation).
Track record of business development and ability to manage or grow a portable practice.
Experience supervising teams and collaborating across offices on complex matters.
Bar admission in the relevant state and ability to work from the Orange County office.
