Partner — Antitrust & Competition, Phoenix

Leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition team in Phoenix. The role will focus on counseling corporate clients on antitrust risk, merger review, and competition-related litigation and investigations.

The team handles complex transactional and contested matters across industry sectors; the partner will work with cross‑border and domestic colleagues to deliver multidisciplinary solutions. Candidates with an established, portable client base and demonstrable business development ability are encouraged to apply.

• Established partner-level experience in antitrust and competition law (merger control, civil litigation, investigations, or counseling).
• Proven record of business development and client relationship management; portable client relationships are a plus.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills and experience managing teams on complex matters.
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
