Leading national law firm seeking a lateral Partner to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in Providence. The role will lead complex matters across civil litigation, merger review and counseling, supporting regional and national clients.

This is a client-facing leadership role: you will manage teams, drive case strategy, and collaborate with colleagues across practices to deliver solutions for corporate and institutional clients. The office offers significant resources and cross-office support while maintaining an active local practice presence.

Self-starting candidates with an established antitrust practice and a track record of originating and growing client relationships are encouraged to apply; a portable practice is welcome.

Established partner-level experience in Antitrust & Competition law (civil antitrust litigation, merger review, and/or counseling).
Proven ability to lead matters, manage teams, and supervise junior lawyers.
Track record of client development and business generation; portable practice welcomed.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer.
