Senior antitrust partner role within a well-established US law firm’s San Francisco office. The position focuses on counseling and representing corporate clients on antitrust and competition matters, including merger control and civil/criminal defense work.

The team advises across transactional and litigation matters and seeks a partner who can contribute substantive antitrust experience, help expand the practice locally, and work collaboratively with national offices.

Established partner-level antitrust and competition practice.
Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction(s).
Proven track record on merger review, investigations, and/or competition litigation.
Ability to develop or bring a portable practice and contribute to business development.
