Partner — Antitrust & Competition, Washington, D.C.

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in Washington, D.C. The role will focus on high‑profile merger control, government investigations, cartel defense, and complex civil antitrust litigation before U.S. regulators and courts.

The successful candidate will advise corporate clients across industries on regulatory strategy and enforcement risk, working with a cross‑disciplinary team on pre‑merger planning, DOJ and FTC matters, and related dispute resolution. There is an expectation of contributing to and growing a portable practice and participating in business development for the office.

• Established partner with substantial antitrust and competition experience (merger control, investigations, and/or civil litigation).
• Strong track record of leading matters and advising corporate clients and/or coordinating with government agencies.
• Proven ability to develop business and bring client relationships or a portable practice.
• Admission to the D.C. bar or eligibility to obtain admission; excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
