Partner — Antitrust & Competition — Washington, D.C.

Leading U.S. law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in Washington, D.C. The role will focus on high‑profile civil and regulatory work, including merger review, government investigations, and complex litigation before federal agencies and courts.

The successful candidate will counsel domestic and international clients across industry sectors, work closely with multidisciplinary teams, and play a visible role in matters that intersect with public policy and enforcement. • Established partner with substantial antitrust and competition experience (civil litigation, merger control, or government investigation practice)
• Proven ability to advise clients on strategic enforcement and transactional issues
• Track record of client development; portable business welcome
• Bar admission in D.C. (or willingness to waive/obtain) and eligibility to practice in relevant federal courts
• Strong writing, oral advocacy, and teamwork skills
