Partner, Antitrust & Competition — Wilmington

Established global law firm seeks a lateral partner to grow and lead its Antitrust & Competition practice from the Wilmington office. The role will combine both litigation and transactional work, advising clients on competition risk, investigations, merger control and related disputes.

The successful candidate will join a multi‑disciplinary team and work closely with the firm's corporate and litigation groups on cross‑practice matters. There is an expectation to originate and develop new client relationships and contribute to practice development locally and nationally.

• Proven partner‑level experience in antitrust and competition matters, including both litigation and transactional work.
• Track record of handling complex investigations, merger clearance and related disputes.
• Demonstrable business development ability and a portable client network or clear potential to originate work.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills; ability to mentor junior lawyers and collaborate across practices.
• Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer.
