Leading international law firm seeks a partner to lead and grow its asset finance practice in Paris, with a strong emphasis on shipping and maritime asset transactions. The role covers cross-border financings, sale-leasebacks, charter financing and secured lending for banks, lessors and commercial owners.

The successful candidate will join an established team and will be expected to originate and manage client relationships, supervise complex deals across multiple jurisdictions, and mentor junior lawyers. This is a visible role with significant client-facing responsibility and business development opportunity.

Partner-level experience in asset finance with a strong focus on shipping/maritime transactions.
Proven track record of originating and leading cross-border financings and structured leasing transactions.
Experience managing teams and delivering high-quality client service on complex matters.
Fluency in English; French language skills highly desirable. Admission to practice in France or another major jurisdiction preferred.
Comfortable with business development and growing a portable practice.
