Established national practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Banking & Finance team in Charlotte. The role focuses on commercial lending, syndicated financings and other general banking matters for corporate and institutional borrowers and lenders.

The firm is building its regional footprint and seeks an experienced originator to lead transactions, develop client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers. This is a partner-level role where a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships will be an important consideration.

Proven partner-level experience in banking and finance law, including commercial lending and syndicated transactions.
Track record of originating business and managing client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
Experience supervising and mentoring associates and collaborating across teams.
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
