Seeking a partner to join a busy banking and finance practice in San Francisco. The role will handle a broad range of commercial lending and finance matters for domestic and international borrowers and lenders, working with a collaborative team of experienced finance lawyers.

The firm is looking for a partner with an established portable practice and the ability to originate and grow client relationships. This is a partner-level seat with opportunities for significant client-facing work, matter leadership, and cross-practice collaboration.

Partner-level experience in banking and finance law (commercial lending, syndicated loans, asset-based lending, or similar).
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Strong technical skills drafting and negotiating finance documentation.
Bar admission in California (or eligible) and experience working on cross-border or multi-jurisdictional matters a plus.
