Law firm seeks a partner to join its Charlotte office to lead and grow a bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights practice with a strong finance/creditors focus. The role combines handling contested insolvency matters with representation of secured lenders and creditor constituencies.

The partner will manage complex restructurings, lead litigation and workstreams involving debtor/creditor disputes and workout situations, and collaborate with finance colleagues on creditor-side financing matters. Opportunity to build a portable practice and contribute to local office growth.

Established partner with significant experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights work.
Substantial track record of leading contested insolvency matters and creditor-side finance work.
Proven business development and client-management skills; portable practice preferred.
Ability to mentor and lead teams and work collaboratively across finance and litigation practices.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and eligibility to practice in North Carolina.
