Partner — Bankruptcy & Finance (Silicon Valley)

Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Silicon Valley office to lead and expand bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights work alongside finance and lending matters. The role will involve handling complex insolvency matters, creditor-side advisory, and cross-border/leveraged finance issues for corporate and institutional clients.

The partner will be expected to grow a portable practice, develop client relationships, and collaborate across practice groups to support transactional and restructuring work. This is an opportunity to join a full-service firm with national reach and an active finance and restructuring platform.

• Established partner with significant experience in bankruptcy, restructurings and creditors' rights
• Strong transactional finance experience (lending, debtor/creditor representation, workout agreements)
• Proven business development track record and ability to bring or grow client relationships
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to serve clients in Silicon Valley
