Senior partner opportunity in a national bankruptcy and restructuring practice based in Los Angeles. The role focuses on leading complex insolvency, chapter 11 and out-of-court restructuring matters for corporate debtors, creditors and other stakeholders.

The team seeks an experienced partner to run matters, supervise associates, and contribute to business development within the restructuring group. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination capacity is welcome.

Established bankruptcy partner with significant experience handling chapter 11 and restructuring matters.
Proven experience leading teams on complex insolvency matters and managing client relationships.
Strong litigation, negotiation and creditor/debtor-side advocacy skills.
Business development track record; portable practice or demonstrable origination capability preferred.
