Leading global law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles bankruptcy, restructuring and finance team. The role will focus on creditor-side insolvency matters, out-of-court restructurings and related financing and creditor enforcement work.

The successful candidate will take a senior client-facing role, handling complex restructurings and distressed financings, supervising junior lawyers and contributing to business development. A portable practice or established client relationships are welcome.

Admission to practice in California (active bar membership)
Significant partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights work
Experience on creditor-side matters and distressed financings
Proven client development skills and ability to manage and grow a practice
Strong leadership and team management abilities
