Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Chicago Bankruptcy & Restructuring group. The role focuses on leading complex insolvency, restructuring and creditor/debtor matters for a diverse commercial clientele.

The successful candidate will build and manage a local practice, work closely with cross-practice teams on regional and national engagements, and mentor junior lawyers within a collaborative team environment.

Proven partner-level experience in bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring matters.
Demonstrated ability to originate and develop business; portable practice or book of business encouraged.
Strong client relationship, matter management and team leadership skills.
Admission to the Illinois bar (or ability to obtain) and eligibility to practice in relevant US jurisdictions.
