Senior partner-level role for an established restructuring and corporate practice based in Chicago. The role will focus on leading complex insolvency, restructuring and related corporate matters across chapter proceedings and out-of-court workouts.

Successful candidates will join a multi-disciplinary team and be expected to originate and lead engagements, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with capital providers, creditors' committees and corporate clients on high‑stakes restructurings and corporate transactions.

Proven partner-level experience in restructuring, insolvency and related corporate work.
Track record of leading complex chapter and out-of-court restructurings and applicable corporate transactions.
Demonstrable client development and business-generation ability; portable practice welcome.
Bar admission and regulatory qualifications to practice in the relevant jurisdiction; strong team leadership and mentoring skills.
