Senior hire opportunity for a partner to join a leading international practice in Chicago handling bankruptcy, restructuring and creditor-side finance matters. The role will focus on complex restructurings, creditor representations and related debtor/creditor financings across domestic matters.

The team advises institutional creditors, restructuring committees and lenders on workout strategies, insolvency proceedings and creditor enforcement. This is a partnership role for an experienced restructuring lawyer seeking a broad, market-facing platform with deep finance and creditor-focused work.

Established partner-level background in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights.
Proven track record advising lenders, creditors' committees or institutional creditors in complex restructurings and insolvency proceedings.
Strong litigation and/or creditor-enforcement experience in bankruptcy courts and out-of-court workouts.
Portable practice or demonstrable business development capability preferred.
