The firm is open to a transactional, litigation, or combined practice and has a significant debtor-side practice. It offers immediate equity entry, an integration team, cross-selling opportunities, and credit for matters opened for existing firm clients.

This is a rainmaker search focused on a substantial, portable book of business and a demonstrated multi-year track record of generating work. The firm values a consistently positive trajectory over time, rather than performance in any single, volatile bankruptcy year. Seniority is flexible, subject to practice strength and portability requirements.

The firm is also open to considering candidates in other central U.S. locations, with Chicago as the preferred initial focus.
