Leading national law firm seeking a lateral partner to join the Denver office to build and lead a bankruptcy and restructuring practice within a broader corporate platform. The role will focus on advising distressed borrowers, creditors and other stakeholders on in-court restructurings, out-of-court workouts and related corporate matters.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team that handles complex chapter 11 matters, restructurings and commercially-driven corporate work. The position offers a platform to grow a portable practice and to play a senior client-facing role across restructuring, bankruptcy litigation and transactional work.

Established partner with a track record in bankruptcy, restructuring and related corporate/transactional matters.
Experience leading chapter 11 cases, workouts, or creditor-side matters; courtroom and creditor committee experience a plus.
Proven client development ability; portable client relationships preferred.
Licensed in Colorado or willing to obtain admission; excellent drafting, negotiation and team leadership skills.
