Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Dallas bankruptcy and restructuring team. The role focuses on leading Chapter 11 cases, out-of-court restructurings, and creditor-side and debtor-side restructurings for middle-market and corporate clients.

The partner will manage matters from intake through confirmation, supervise associates, and collaborate with professionals across offices. There is a clear expectation to grow the practice through client development and to bring or expand a portable practice.

Partner-level experience in bankruptcy and restructuring (Chapter 11 experience preferred)
Proven ability to lead complex insolvency matters and supervise junior lawyers
Track record of originating or developing client relationships; portable business encouraged
Admission to practice in Texas or ability to obtain admission
